Terms and conditions of Léo service

Léo is a continuous process of a maximum of six (6) sessions.
You need and email address (communications with Relief and to create the user on the virtual platform);
Commit to complete the feedback form at the end of the process.

Cancellation policy

A maximum of two (2) sessions may be cancelled during the process. Beyond this limit, the service will be suspended and treated as a withdrawal.
If a session is cancelled at least 72 working hours before the scheduled time, it may be rescheduled if the mental health worker's availability allows.
If a session is cancelled with less than 72 working hours' notice, it cannot be rescheduled.
A delay of more than 10 minutes will be considered as an absence with less than 72 working hours' notice.
If you decide to stop during the process, you will no longer be eligible for Léo service for a period of one year.
