I understand that the purpose of the training is to train people in self-management support in order to facilitate Relief program workshops.
I confirm that I have the requirements to follow the training:
• Have at least 1 year's experience working with clients experiencing mental health problems;
• Have a recognized diploma in a field related to the therapeutic relationship and/or equivalent accredited training (peer intervention);
• Have sufficient knowledge of anxiety, depression and bipolarity;
• Possess the skills required for group intervention and facilitation;
• Plan to offer Relief self-management workshops.
Once I have received the training, I undertake to respect the terms and conditions of the program:
• Offer the self-management approach in its entirety, according to the workshop theme and in accordance with the approach;
• Facilitate the workshop with another person who has taken (or will take) Relief's self-management support training;
• Use the program materials (facilitator's guides and participant's booklets or the e-learning platform) as intended without modifying their content or progression. No part of the material may be reproduced.
Registration includes training materials and a digital version of one of the following facilitation guides. If you prefer a printed version of this guide, please mention it in the “Other comments” section. The cost is $128 (plus taxes and shipping).
